Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with Howroyd-Wright Employment Agency, Inc., <br />dba AppleOne Employment Services in the amount of $100,000 for administrative and clerical services; <br />and <br />2. Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with CathyJon Enterprises dba HB Staffing in the <br />amount of $100,000 for administrative and clerical services; and <br />3. Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with BOLT Staffing, Service, Inc. in the amount of <br />$100,000 for administrative and clerical services. <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Government Operations <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Community Development and Transportation Department is responsible for establishing land use <br />plans, housing, and ensuring the quality of new projects through the development review process.
