Approval of amendment No. 5 to agreement with CSG Consultants, Inc. for <br />engineering inspection services <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute amendment No. <br />5 to agreement for professional services with CSG Consultants, Inc. for <br />engineering inspection services in the amount of $400,000 for a total not to <br />exceed amount of $1,127,600. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Agreements for as -needed temporary staffing services with Howroyd-Wright <br />Employment Agency, Inc., dba AppleOne Employment Services, CathyJon <br />Enterprises dba HB Staffing and BOLT Staffing Service, Inc. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve, and authorize the City Manager to execute: <br />1. Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with Howroyd-Wright <br />Employment Agency, Inc., dba AppleOne Employment Services in the amount of <br />$100,000 for administrative and clerical services; and <br />2. Three-year agreement for temporary on-call services with CathyJon <br />Enterprises dba HB Staffing in the amount of $100,000 for administrative and <br />clerical services; and <br />3.
