Direct staff to develop a resource plan to support a community visioning <br />process to develop a new land use vision for Central Redwood City, with an <br />initial emphasis on rail and transportation planning; and <br />2. Direct staff to schedule future City Council consideration of creation of a <br />Transit Sub -District; and <br />3.
