Contractor further warrants that neither Contractor, nor Contractor's employees, have any ancillary real property, business interest, or income that shall be affected by this Agreement or the projects affected by this Agreement or, alternatively, that Contractor shall file with City an affidavit disclosing this interest. k. The Contractor and Contractor's employees agree not to disclose confidential information received as a result of the assignment with the City to any third parry, and agree to treat it with the same degree of care as it would its own confidential information. It is understood, however, that the Director or his/her designee may require Assigned Personnel to transmit confidential information in whole or in part during the course of or related to an assignment. The Assigned Personnel shall not use for his- or herself, or disclose or divulge to others, including future employers, any confidential information received as a result of the assignment with the City. Additionally, the Assigned Personnel agrees not to acquire any right or title to such confidential information. The Contractor shall inform all Assigned Personnel providing temporary services pursuant to this Agreement of their obligation under this clause. -- 8. Termination of Assignment a. The Director or his/her designee, in their sole discretion, may request the removal of any Assigned Personnel, and Contractor shall remove such person or persons immediately upon receiving written request from the Director or his/her designee. b. The Contractor is responsible for informing the Assigned Personnel when an assignment is terminated, whether for unsatisfactory performance, the end of the assignment, or another reason. c.
