6.B. - Page 13 of 42 EXHIBIT "A-1" TASK ORDER TASK ORDER NO. _ TO TEMPORARY STAFFING SERVICES AGREEMENT This Task Order No. ("Task Order") is made and entered into by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"), and Howroyd-Wright Employment Agency, Inc., dba AppleOne Employment Services, a California C- Corporation ("Contractor"). RECITALS A. City and Contractor entered into an agreement entitled Temporary Staffing Services Agreement ("Agreement"), by which the Contractor agreed to perform services in accordance with Task Orders issued by the City. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PARTIES HEREBY AGREE AS FOLLOWS: 1. INCORPORATION BY REFERENCE. This Task Order hereby incorporates by reference all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement. 2. SCOPE OF TASK ORDER. Contractor will perform the services described in Attachment A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Agreement. For purposes of this Task Order, the City's Project Manager will be 3. PAYMENT.
