The first riser to be 6" high and 33.5° <br />wide. The second riser to be 8.5" high and 33.5". The rear should have an emergency <br />exit opening. With additional space for storage. <br />15)Windows <br />The windows shall be bonded and contoured both stationary and egress type. <br />Windows are to be 5132" tempered contoured tinted glass. All windows are to meet <br />applicable FMVSS. <br />16)Electrical & Lighting System <br />The electrical system should operate by the use of an ignition controlled power <br />distribution circuit which is designed for high reliability and ease of troubleshooting. <br />They shall be a driver control panel with heavy duty rocker switches. All major <br />controlling, protection and electrical components are to be located in easily accessible <br />compartments above the driver or co-pilot. The electrical 12 volt system is to be <br />protected by fuses. All interior and exterior lighting are to incandescent and or LED <br />lamps. All lighting is to be control from drivers control panel. All lighting must meet <br />standards specified in FMVSS 108. <br />17)AC & Heat <br />The heating and AC system are to be installed per customer specifications. <br />Bidder and customer will discuss when the bid is awarded. Unit as per <br />equipped and best suited for this vehicle. <br />18)Seating <br />The driver and co-pilot seating shall be OEM. They are to match the passenger <br />compartment seating. Passenger seating to be vinyl antimicrobial Nanocide material <br />seating products to be recommended by winning bidder. All seating to meet FMVSS. <br />The vehicle shall be manufactured for the seating of (9) total passengers this is to <br />include (1) one wheel chair position. Bidder shall provide a complete floor plan. The <br />wheel chair is to be installed in right rear opening. All must meet FMVSS. <br />19)Paint <br />The entire steel cage body is to be painted with primer to prevent corrosion prior to <br />sidewall and roof assembly. The underneath must be sealed with undercoating <br />material. The vehicle exterior is to be standard white.
