<br />Assembly Member Ira Ruskin commended City Clerk Howe for her contributions to the <br />City and City Clerks profession stating that the State proclamation had been presented <br />to her at a previous event. <br /> <br />Marcus Dawal, representing City Clerk Howe's family, commented on her career, family, <br />and plans for the future. <br /> <br />Tom Howe spoke about City Clerk Howe and her commitment to Redwood City. <br /> <br />Council Members made comments on City Clerk Howe's career in public service and <br />the past 8 years in Redwood City. She was presented with a glass sculpture as a <br />memento. <br /> <br />6.
