PUBLIC HEARING <br /> <br />A. 885 Woodside Road: Zoning Map Amendment and Revised Precise Plan for a 43 <br />Unit Condominium Project <br /> <br />Senior Planner Riordan explained the project as revised. <br /> <br />Gerry Yates, project architect, explained details of revisions from the original <br />proposal. He noted specific concerns that have been addressed. <br /> <br />Randy Lam thanked staff and all who have combined to bring the new proposal <br />forward. <br /> <br />Mayor Pierce opened the public hearing. <br /> <br />Pat Becker spoke in favor of the resultant proposal, commending Council on <br />listening to the concerns previously expressed and being responsive.
