(Refer to Attachment 1, the <br />Ordinance). <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />AMENDING ARTICLE 60, ZONING MAP NO. 7 OF ORDINANCE NO. 1130, THE <br />REDWOOD CITY ZONING ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED, TO REZONE THE <br />PROPERTY THAT COMPRISES THE 885 WOODSIDE ROAD PRECISE PLAN AREA, <br />AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THIS ORDINANCE, FROM THE EXSITING GENERAL <br />COMMERCIAL - RESIDENTIAL OVERLAY ZONING DISTRICTS TO THE PLANNED <br />COMMUNITY DISTRICT. <br />The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote by those present with <br />Council Member Hartnett recusing due to a conflict of interest. Adopt a Resolution approving the revised 885 Woodside Road Precise Plan, <br />including the Mitigation Monitoring Reporting Program (MMRP), based on the <br />findings that the project demonstrates the following features: <br />1. Superior mixed use design <br />2. Incorporation of affordable housing <br />3. Incorporation of public or community facilities <br />4. Efficient and innovative use of infrastructure and nonrenewable <br />resources <br />5. Transportation demand management (TDM) <br />RESOLUTION 14821 OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />ADOPTING THE 885 WOODSIDE ROAD PRECISE PLAN <br />Council shall consider the Mitigated Negative Declaration and Addendum to the <br />Mitigated Negative Declaration when taking this action.
