Se4t���s �8.235 and '(8.236 of Articfe XIV of Chapter 18 �f t"2 <br /> Redwood City Municipal Code are hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "Sec. 18.235. DEFINITIONS: For the purposes af this Article, the <br /> foilowing words and phrases shall have the meanings respectively ascribed <br /> to them by this Section: <br /> COMMERCIAL BUILDING: Any structure that relafes to or is connected <br /> with a business or trade, including but not limited to, office or industriaf <br /> uses. <br /> EXISTING BUILDING: The building, where tenan# improvements or substantial <br /> remadeling will be perforrned on the date of the application for the building <br /> permit. <br /> NEW BU1LDlNG(S): Any construction of a building, or buildings with a total fioor <br /> area of ane-thousand (1,000) square feet or more. <br /> �WNER: The owner or owners of record of the subject property. <br /> PARKING FACfLIT1ES: A parking lot or parking stnacture #or five (5) or more <br /> parking spaces. <br /> PROPERTY OR SUBJECT PROPERTY: The real property which is being <br /> approved. <br /> _ <br /> RESIDENTiAL BUILDING: Any structure that is used for private permanenf <br /> dwelling purposes.
