Articfe II (cammencing at 12.7) af Chapter 12 of the Code of <br /> Redwood City is hereby repealed. <br /> SECTION 2. A new Articfe !f {commencing at 12.7) is hereby added in its <br /> entirety to Chapter 12 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, to read as <br /> follows: <br /> "ARTICLE il <br /> FiRE PREi/ENTlON CODE <br /> Section 12.7. Adoption; Conflicts. <br /> A. Pursuant to Sections 50022.1 et seq., pf the California Government Code <br /> and Sectian 15 of the Charter of the City, the `lnternational Fire Code, 2006 <br /> Edition (including appendices divisions B, C, D, E, F, and G, as published by <br /> fhe International Code Councif, is hereby adopted and shaf( be in effect within <br /> the City #o the same extent as se# out in fufl herein, excepfi as expressly <br /> amended by the prvvisions c�f ti�is Articie. <br /> B. In the event of any conflict between the provisions of the Fire Code and the <br /> provisions of this Article, the latter shall govern. (Ord.
