All such unsafe buiidings are hereby deciared to be pubfic nuisances and shall be abated by repair, rehabiEitation, demolition, or removal in accordance with the procedures specified in Article II of Chapter 9 of the Redwood City Municipal Code and implemented by the Fire Chief, or by any other procedure allowed by [aw. (Ord. No. 2242, § 2, 12-5-2002) Section 12.17. SECTION 117.4 OF THE FIRE C�DE AMENDED. Section 111.4 is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows: Section 111.4. failure to Comply. Any person who shall canfiinue to work after having been served with a stop work order, except such work as that person is directed to perform to remove a violation or unsafe condition, shall be guilty of an infraction as specified in Section 12.31 of the Redwood City Municipaf Code.
