The <br /> 2003 EIR identified a significant impact resulting from project and cumulative impacts on <br /> regional emissions. <br /> Findings: The current Peninsula Park project wouEd generate regional emissions <br /> below the BAAQMD significance thresholds for all identified pollutants, both without and with <br /> implementation of the identified TDM measures. Therefore, the new project's impact on <br /> regional emissions would be less-than-signi�canf, and the mitigation identified in the 2003 E1R <br /> for Impact 15-2 would no longer be required for regianal air emissions mitigation purposes. <br /> XIV. CUMULATIVE IMPACTS <br /> Implementation of the proposed Project in conj;ar��tion with �ther City-approved <br /> projects would have a significant, unavoidable cumulative impact an population, housing, and <br /> emplayment, and�o� trar�sportation and circalation. These impacts are discussed more fully in <br /> Sectians 1!1 and 1V above. <br /> The environmental, econamic, social and other benefits of the Project override <br /> the significant curr�ulative impacts af the proposed Project, as more fully stated in the Statement <br /> of Overriding Considerations. <br /> XV.
