7C <br /> arrACr�nnEN-r aPage 78 <br /> rezone property located at Bair Island Road from the Generai Commercial District to the <br /> Planned Community District; and <br /> WHEREAS, on , 2007, the City Council adopted an ordinance to approve <br /> the Peninsula Park Precise Plan (the "Precise Plan"); and <br /> NOW, THEREFORE the Council of the City of Redwood City does ordain as <br /> foilows: <br /> SECTION 1. FINDINGS. The City Council finds that the provisions of the <br /> Development Agreement by and between the City and the Developer for the <br /> construc#ion of the Project {the "Development Agreement") are consistent �rith the <br /> Generai Plan as amended, the Precise Plan as adopted, and the Zoning Ordinance as <br /> amended of the City. <br /> SECTION 2. APPRUVAL.The City Council hereby approves and adopts the <br /> Development Agreement, that was presented to the City Council at their meeting on <br /> December 17, 2007, was filed and made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and <br /> incorporated herein by this reference. The City Manager and the City Clerk are hereby <br /> authorized and direc#ed to execute and attest, respecfiively, the Development <br /> Agreement on behalf of the City. <br /> SECTlON 3.
