Attractive, pedestrian- <br /> scale street iights shall be pravitded along sidewalks and/or <br /> on buildixzg-mounted brackets at approximately 75 feet on <br /> center. Inner Harbor Esplanade -A continuous,publicly-accessible <br /> esplanade/wallcway ahall be provided along the edge of alt in- <br /> terior water areas,includ.i.ng reconfigured marina areas and <br /> at least c�ne side o#,new channels,canals,etc.The Inner Har- <br /> bor Esplanade shall have a minim�im paved clear width of <br /> 10 feet, except ihat townhome porches, s#oops, and other <br /> attractively-designed architectural elex.nez�ts may extend up <br /> to 2 feet into the area subject to City review:It shall incarpo- <br /> rate an attractively-designed wall and/or railing,42 inches <br /> in height, along the outer walkway edge.
