Based on my <br /> review, i#appears that all of the rele�ant airport/land use compatibility and environmental <br /> issues of cancern to the ALUC and C/CAG have been addressed in the Adder�dum. <br /> Nowever, #wo revisions need to be made to the Addendum to fully address noise impacts <br /> from aircraft operations at nearby San Carlas Airport. Each revision is explained below. <br /> Revision No. 'f: Ctarification of t�e mitigation measure requiremen#to prepare an <br /> acousticat study for the residen#ial port.ion of the Draft Peninsula Park Precise Pla». <br /> The text in Mitigation 13-1 in the Addendum requires the prepara#ion and submittal of an <br /> acoustica! study for#he mutti-family residential portion of the Precise Plan. However, the <br /> Airport Land Use Committee (ALUC) recommen�ed C/CAG approval of a revised version <br /> of the #ext of Condition No. 3, contained in the Jufy 19, 2007 ALUC Sfaff Report, regarding <br /> preparation of an acoustical study for the multi-family residentia! portion of#he Precise <br /> � P/an, as requested by the project sponsor.
