Z <br /> The text in Mitigation 13-1 (see p.1-59 in the "yellow-section" ofi the Addendum) should be <br /> replaced it its entirety with the above ALUC and C/CAG approved text {in Condition Na. 3), <br /> wi#hout the underlines and quotation marks. <br /> Revision No. 2: Iden#ification of impact and retated mitigation measure to address <br /> aircraft noise impacts related to the proposed hotef use specified in the Draft <br /> Peninsula Park Precise PIaR. <br /> It appears that since the Marina Shores Village project did not include a ho#e1, the text in <br /> the Addendum does not a�dress environmental issues related to the proposed hotel use <br /> (200 rooms; 2.6 acres) specified in the Draft Peninsula Park Precise Plan. The aircraft <br /> noise impacts refated to the hotel use were addressed by the ALUC and C/CAG. The <br /> Airport Land Use Committee (ALUC) recommended apprava! of a revised version of the <br /> � text of Condition No. 4, contained in the July 19, 2007 ALUC Staff Report, regarding <br /> preparation of an acoustical sfiudy for the hote[ com�onent of the Precise PJan, as <br /> requested by the project sponsor. The revised language was subsequent[y approved by <br /> the C/CAG Board. <br /> '.
