The <br /> report shall be submitted to and approved by#he City of Redwood Ci�y Buiiding <br /> Department prior to the issuance of any building permi#s for hotel construction. This <br /> requirement is consisfent with the followinq sections of the 2001 California Buildinq <br /> Code Appendix 12 Divis�on ll A - Sound Transmission Contral: Section 1208A.1.1 <br /> Purx�ose and Scope Section 1208A.8.2 Allowable tnterior Noise Levels, Section <br /> 1208A 8 3 Airporf Naise Sources and Section 1208A.8.5 Compliance." 4 <br /> The tex# in lmpact 13-1 in fihe Addendum (see p. 1-59 af the "yellow section" of the <br /> Addendum) should be revised to include a reference to the aviation noise impacts reiated <br /> to the proposed hotei use. Based on that rev'rsion, another mitigation measure should be <br /> added to the Norse section of the Addendum ta address the aviation noise impacts related <br /> to the hotel use.
