First, I want to <br /> compliment the City on the far-reaching review process that y�u have undertaken in regards to this <br /> project. I have been extremely impressed that the City and Pi�nning Department have been <br /> extraordinariiy sensitive to the community in its outreach prorram over the past two years. <br /> I know there have been many community meetings, and I hav� appreciated the opportunity t� <br /> participate in several of them. I am pleased that many Re��ru�� City residents have indicated that <br /> they believe the changes in the revised proposaE, including the significant reduction in the tallest <br /> building heights, have made this project acceptable �o almost zveryane. <br /> I want to thank you for the opportunity�o participate in this process and ofFer my fiull support for the <br /> project.
