Carrigg reparted how the League was successfullobbying on infrastructure bond <br /> implementation,especially the allocation of.$550 miilion of the$1 billion Proposition '{B lacal <br /> streets and road funds. <br /> Carrigg and League 6cecutive Director Chris McKenzie spoke to the board on state budget <br /> matters. Wdh a projected state budget deficit af approximately$10 biAion next year, McKenzie <br /> reviewed ihe funding protection for cities from Prop. 1A(2004).
