Woodside Road <br />to Marsh Road Seament - AM Peak Hour <br /> <br />7-4. Project Impact on Westbound SR 84. County Line to University Avenue and <br />University Avenue to Willow Road Seaments - AM Peak Hour <br /> <br />7-5. Project Impact on U.S. 101 Southbound Mixed-Flow Lanes. Whipple Avenue <br />to Woodside Road Seament - PM Peak Hour <br /> <br />7-6. Project Impact on Eastbound SR 84. Willow Road to University Avenue and <br />University Avenue to the County Line Seaments - PM Peak Hour <br /> <br />Findings: Traffic generated by the current Peninsula Park "project condition" <br />would not result in any of the significant impacts identified above for the 2003 EIR "project <br />condition." All of these 2003 EIR-identified "project condition" impacts would be reduced to less- <br />than-significant under the current Peninsula Park "project condition" (see Tables 7.11 through <br />7.14 in appendix 5.1 of the Addendum). No significant "project condition" impact has been <br />identified; mitigation is no longer required. <br /> <br />B.
