Task 2.2 Identification of Site-specific Improvements <br />Provide site-specific recommendations on the types of improvements that <br />can be accommodated at each site. Use general bubble diagrams, site <br />improvement analysis should include opportunities and constraints for each <br />location. These recommendations should address how each site delivers the <br />amenities outlined in the list of needs AttachmentA. <br />Deliverables: <br />a. Recommendations for Site-specific Improvements and Amenities <br />b. Bubble Diagrams for Site-specific Improvements <br />Task 2.3 Cost Analysis for site improvements and on-going operating costs. <br />The analysis should exam the cost of the improvement options and amenities <br />including any adjustments to the probable cost of construction and operational <br />costs from the previous phase for selected sites. Consultant shall review <br />diagrams and cost estimates with Fire and Policeteam. <br />Deliverables: <br />a. Estimated Cost Analysis of Improvements <br />b. Estimated Operational/On-going Maintenance Costs <br />Phase 3: Recommendations for the final design and development for the <br />Public Safety Training Center <br />Task 3.1 Final report on recommended Public Safety Training Center <br />Development and presentation to staff <br />Conduct the final task to consider the comprehensive findings of the previous <br />tasks: <br />Recommend steps for the implementation of a Public Safety Training Center. <br />Submit final report and joint use facility recommendations. <br />Deliverables: <br />a.
