Deliverable: <br />a. Cost Analysis Report <br />Task 1.4 Rank Sites for Development of Public Safety Training Center <br />Consultant will rank the sites given the site assessment analysis, cost analysis, <br />City needs and training facility objectives, and review results with City prior to <br />the feasibility report phase. <br />Deliverable: <br />a. Site ranking report <br />Task 1.5 Public Safety Training Center Report and Presentation to <br />Fire/Police Departments. <br />The final task for Phase 1 will consolidate the findings and recommendations <br />into one package for presentation to City Fire and Police Departments. The <br />intent of the report is to provide the City will the necessary information to <br />select a site for the subsequent phase of preliminary site planning and <br />identification of improvements. <br />Deliverables: <br />a. Public Safety Training Center Feasibility Report <br />b. Presentation to Fire and Police Departments <br />Phase 2: Preliminary site planning and identification of site improvements <br />and amenities that can be accommodated <br />Subsequent to or concurrently with the feasibility analysis, the preliminary site <br />planning and site improvements analysis would include opportunities and <br />constraints for construction of a public safety training center at each site <br />identifies in Phase 1 effort. This phase of the study would be done in close <br />coordination with City's Fire and Police Departments. Conduct the following <br />tasks to consider site planning and improvements to selected sites. <br />Task. 2.1 Site Planning for Design and Construction of Public Safety <br />Training Center <br />This task should consider the use and integration of a joint use facility by Fire <br />and Police <br />Deliverables: <br />a.
