A description of the project <br />area subject to the Redevelopment Plan (the "Project Area") is attached hereto as Exhibit <br />"A" and incorporated herein by this reference. <br /> <br />Pursuant to the Redevelopment Plan, the Redwood Redevelopment Agency (the <br />"Agency") may acquire, but is not required to acquire, any real property located in the <br />Project Area subject to the Redevelopment Plan by gift, devise, exchange, lease, <br /> <br />1 <br />
