KorTech has provided the following work. <br /> <br />Sta e Date <br />1 2001 <br />2 2002 <br />3 2003 <br />4 2003 <br />5 2004 <br />6 2005 <br />7 2005 <br />8 2005 <br />9 2006 <br /> <br />10 <br /> <br />2007 <br /> <br />Descri tion <br />Design and implement a web-based application for viewing and <br />mana in water allocation data for residential customers. <br />Analyze and assess the architecture and design of the current <br />Water Allocation Program (WAP), and provide recommendations <br />based on that assessment. 1m lement recommendations. <br />1m lement data-driven charts ro bono . <br />Perform minor maintenance. <br />Perform minor maintenance ro bono . <br />Implement major enhancements to support water saving programs <br />(water audits, conservation kits, and rebate/replacement programs) <br />and cosmetic im rovements to customer website. <br />Perform minor maintenance for web reorganization and <br />implementation of support for admin control over allocation factors, <br />Ius ra h mana ement documentation. <br />Anal ze automation of im ort/ex ort functions not de 10 ed . <br />Implement significant changes to data model to provide for sites and <br />customers, and implement support for multi-family residential (MFR) <br />customers, commercial (Comm) customers, and an analysis tool for <br />drou ht scenarios. <br />Correct conti uration error on server and minor bu <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Scope of Work for Stage 11 <br /> <br />Stage 11 extends the WAP calculation engine by supporting monthly downloads of current <br />weather data, and providing additional weather-based functions for calculating water allocation. <br />Stage 11 also implements support for calculating water allocations for partial billing periods and <br />for loading data for irrigation sites. These enhancements are intended to support Public Works <br />Services' plans to implement budget-based billing for irrigation customers. <br /> <br />In addition to these enhancements, Stage 11 includes a budget for ad hoc maintenance, training <br />and documentation. <br />
