periods of high velocity winds (gusting to 30 mph or more), the use <br /> of alternative dust-settling techniques in the event water supplies <br /> are limited and the planting of landscaping, grass, and other <br /> vegetation and the completion of construction in an expeditious <br /> manner in order to reduce the potential for construction-related <br /> dust. Said mitigation measures shall be implemented by <br /> conditioning construction permits or similar entitlements upon such <br /> measures and shall be monitored by the City and the Bay Area Air <br /> Quality Management District ("BAAQMD"). <br /> <br /> (ii) Reqional Air Quality-motor vehicle trips to af}d from the Project <br /> will cause a significant effect upon regional air quality. Similarly, <br /> the cumulative impacts of motor vehicle trips associated with the <br /> Project are significant. The foregoing impacts shall be reduced by <br /> the hereinafter described mitigation measures, but current <br /> congestion on US 101 and current vehicle emissions resulting in <br /> cumulative effects are outside the control of the City of Redwood <br /> City or the Project Proponent.
