DES:dj' 41/30/95 (043/41) <br /> <br /> of costs and expenses of maintenance of the above- <br /> described improvements will be apportioned according to <br /> benefits among the several lots or parcels of property <br /> within said District, and the use of the alternative <br /> method for the levy of benefit assessments, was given <br /> by causing notice of said hearing to be duly posted, <br /> published, and mailed in the time, form and manner <br /> provided by the Ordinance, all as more particularly <br /> appear from the certificates and affidavits thereof on <br /> file in the office of the City Clerk, and hearing <br /> thereon was duly and regularly held at the time and <br /> place advertised in said notice, to wit: December 11, <br /> 1995; <br /> <br />(f) All written protests and other written communications <br /> were publicly read at said hearing and all persons <br /> desiring to be heard were given the opportunity to be <br /> heard and were heard on any and all of the afore- <br /> mentioned matters; <br /> <br />(g) The Budget for the costs and expenses of maintaining <br /> and operating any or all of the aforementioned <br /> improvements during the ensuing fiscal year, contained <br /> in that certain document entitled, "City Manager's <br /> Report - Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District <br /> No. 1995-1" (the "Report") was duly prepared in <br /> accordance with Section 18.102 of the Ordinance, and <br /> said Report was fully considered by this Council; <br /> <br /> 3 <br /> <br /> <br />
