DES:dj' ~/30/95 (043/41) <br /> <br /> provided in the Ordinance, on all lots or parcels of <br /> property within said District as described in the <br /> Report; <br /> <br />(d) The costs and expenses of maintaining and operating <br /> said public improvements within the District shall <br /> annually be assessed either partly or wholly upon the <br /> several lots and parcels of property within the <br /> District benefited thereby by apportioning said costs <br /> and expenses according to the benefits among the <br /> several lots or parcels of property within the District <br /> in accordance with the formulae set forth in Exhibit B, <br /> and said formulae are hereby approved, confirmed and <br /> adopted by this Council for said purpose; <br /> <br />(e) The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> cause to be prepared annually a budget for the costs <br /> and expenses of maintaining and operating any and all <br /> of the local public improvements described in Exhibit <br /> C, and the City Manager is hereby further authorized <br /> and directed to cause to be prepared and filed annually <br /> with the City Clerk a report, in writing, which <br /> provides the basis for the levy or levies of benefit <br /> assessments for the costs of maintenance and operation <br /> on all lots or parcels of property within the District, <br /> all as provided in the Ordinance; <br /> <br />(f) The special benefit assessments specified herein and in <br /> the above-mentioned Report shall be levied and <br /> collected annually upon the last equalized, secured and <br /> <br /> 6 <br /> <br /> <br />
