In consideration of the foregoing findings and <br />determinations, this Council hereby orders and declares as <br />follows: <br /> <br /> (a) Any and all protests, both written or oral, made in <br /> relation to any of the matters upon which protests <br /> could be made, and each and all of said protests, are <br /> hereby overruled; <br /> <br /> (b) The territory more particularly described in Exhibits <br /> A-1 and A-2 is hereby ordered formed into a maintenance <br /> district to be designated "Redwood Shores Landscape <br /> Maintenance District No. 1995-1", by which name it <br /> shall be described in all subsequent proceedings, <br /> including proceedings for the levy and collection of <br /> benefit assessments; <br /> <br /> (c) The Report is hereby approved, confirmed and adopted; <br /> the costs and expenses of acquiring, constructing, <br /> reconstructing, installing, extending, enlarging, <br /> repairing, improving, maintaining and operating the <br /> improvements described in Exhibit C, including the <br /> costs of necessary repairs, replacements, fuel, power, <br /> electrical current, care, supervision and operation <br /> thereof, and all additions, improvements and <br /> enlargements thereto which may hereafter be made, shall <br /> be raised by an annual special benefit assessment in <br /> accordance with and pursuant to the provisions for the <br /> alternative method for the levy of benefit assessments <br /> in maintenance districts in the City of Redwood City as <br /> <br /> 5 <br /> <br /> <br />
