d. As set forth in CEQA Guidelines section 15162(a), there would be no <br />new significant impacts nor any increase in the severity of previously identified <br />impacts and no new mitigation measures are required beyond those identified in <br />the EIR as a result of the proposed Amendments, as set forth in the Addendum. <br />e. Pursuant to Guidelines section 15091(e), the documents and other <br />materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning <br />Commission has based its decision are located in and may be obtained from, the <br />Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The <br />City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. <br />Section 3. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and <br />other information presented, the Planning Commission finds the Amendments to be in the <br />public interest and in conformance with the General Plan. <br />Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council <br />of the City of Redwood City approve the Addendum, and adopt the General Plan <br />Amendments as provided in Exhibit A and the Zoning Ordinance Amendments as <br />provided in Exhibit B, both attached hereto and incorporated by reference, by adding the <br />text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example). <br />Wording in brackets ([example]) is informational only and is not to be included in the <br />published ordinance. <br />Section 5.
