As set forth in CEQA Guidelines section 15162(a), there would be no new significant impacts nor any increase in the severity of previously identified impacts and no new mitigation measures are required beyond those identified in the EIR as a result of the proposed Amendments, as set forth in the Addendum. e. Pursuant to Guidelines section 15091(e), the documents and other materials that constitute the record of proceedings upon which the Planning Commission has based its decision are located in and may be obtained from, the Office of the City Clerk at 1017 Middlefield Road, Redwood City, California. The City Clerk is the custodian of records for all matters before the City. Section 3. Based on the facts in the staff report, written and oral testimony, and other information presented, the Planning Commission finds the Amendments to be in the public interest and in conformance with the General Plan. Section 4. The Planning Commission hereby recommends that the City Council of the City of Redwood City approve the Addendum, and adopt the General Plan Amendments as provided in Exhibit A and the Zoning Ordinance Amendments as provided in Exhibit B, both attached hereto and incorporated by reference, by adding the text shown in underline (example) and deleting the text shown in strikeout (example).
