Yamamoto, City Attorney <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />November 27,2007 <br /> <br />Subject: <br /> <br />Ad Hoc Charter Review Committee <br />Consideration of Improvements to the City's Charter <br /> <br />In follow up to the September 21,2007, memorandum of the city attorney <br />which outlined a process for improving the Redwood City Charter provisions <br />applicable to the library, please find attached a list of questions or topics <br />relevant to library. It is requested that the library respond to each of the <br />identified matters by way of a written report to the city council. The list and <br />your responses will become the basis for a joint public meeting of the <br />Library board. <br /> <br />At this time, the joint meeting is scheduled for January 14, 2008. It would <br />be appreciated if the written reports are submitted to the city clerk no later <br />than one week prior to the meeting date.
