Would fund raising experience be helpful for the ongoing needs of <br />our libraries such as adopt a book on line and set it up like a bridal registry. <br /> <br />15. Should the terms of office of board members be limited? On the one hand, <br />there may be need for turn over on our boards and commissions to engender <br />fresh ideas and new energy. On the other hand, some very qualified people <br />continue to serve and give substantial value. <br /> <br />16. Please share the. library's current and future plans for the community. <br /> <br />17. What are the links between the future planning of the library and overall city <br />planning? <br /> <br />18. Do we have a special levy for the maintenance and support of the public <br />library system as mentioned in the charter? <br /> <br />19. What process exists to include planning for future library services as our <br />community changes - densification, potential new parks, and schools? <br /> <br />20. Are there opportunities for shared endeavors? (The charter may not hinder <br />this-but our current approach does not seem to foster joint planning.) <br /> <br />21.
