<br />EIRs under this Task,but may prepare Categorical Exemptions or Addendurns. <br />Consultant may attend projectrneetingslconference caUsas directed by the Planning <br />Manager. Consultant and Planning Manager will discuss and agree on the anticipated <br />.Ievel of effort associated with each assignment under this task, to determine that <br />adequate budget exists to perform the work. Projects that may be covered under this <br />task include, but are not limited to: <br /> <br />. The Preserve Precise Plan <br />. Peninsula Park Precise Plan <br />. Canada College Staff/Faculty Housing Project <br />. Costco Use Permits <br /> <br />3. Term <br />The terrnof thisagreementshaUbe one year from the date of execution, or no later than <br />December 31 , 2008. <br /> <br />4. Budget <br />The anticipated budget for the two tasks is $31 ,944. The work will be billed per the <br />Winzler.& KeUyJuly 2007 Central CalifomiaFee Schedule (attached). The current rate is $6.00 per billable hour. Expenses that are included in the office consumable <br />fee include office supplies. photocopy and reproduction costs, computer expenses, blueprint services, <br />telephone and facsimile expenses, use of company vehicles, equipment costs and repair expenses, and <br />postage and shipping expenses. <br /> <br />2 <br />
