<br />TJKM <br />Transportation <br />Consuhants <br /> <br />Exhibit 'A' <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Ongoing Consultation for Pedestrian and Transit Oriented Projects <br />The City has taken a proactive role in several other significant regional projects with a pedestrian <br />and/or transit emphasis, which involve multiple agencies, including the Samtrans/Caltrain Joint <br />Powers Board OPB) and Caltrans. Consultant will provide traffic engineering support and technical <br />guidance on such projects, and may attend project meetings as directed by the CDS Director or <br />designee (e.g. Redevelopment Manager). Example projects may include, but are not limited to: <br />. EI Camino Real "Grand Boulevard" Design <br />. Fair Oaks (Middlefield/Woodside Area) Pedestrian Access Environmental Justice Study <br />. Caltrain Footprint Planning Study <br /> <br />Ongoing Traffic Engineering Support <br />Consultant will provide traffic engineering support and technical guidance on various projects <br />conducted by the Engineering Division, and may provide quality assurance/quality control reviews <br />of consultant and staff work products. Consultant may attend project meetings as directed by the <br />CDS Director or designee (e.g. Engineering Manager). Example projects may include, but are not <br />limited to: <br />. Blomquist Extension/East Bayshore Road Plans and Fair Share Study <br />. Costco/Middlefield Road Improvement Plans <br />. SFPUC/Hetch-Hetchy Bay Division #5 Traffic Control Plans <br />. Winslow Street PEDZlBike Lane Plan <br />. Emergency Vehicle Pre-emption (EVP) Signal System Project <br />. Caltrain Grade Crossing Pedestrian Improvement Plans <br />. Red Light Photo Enforcement Project - Caltrans coordination <br />. McGarvey Traffic Calming <br />. Speed Limits/Surveys <br />. Miscellaneous Traffic Calming <br /> <br />3.
