The <br />project fronts Veterans Boulevard and Main Street, with driveway access from both streets. On February <br />17, 2016, the Zoning Administrator held a duly -noticed public hearing and on March 3, 2016 approved the <br />Architectural Permit application and offsite improvements. The site formerly had approximately 17,000 <br />sq. ft. of office/commercial space with surface parking.
