These Engineering Standards provide direction to engineers <br />and developers regarding the minimum requirements for designing public right-of-way and private street <br />improvements. These standards require periodic revision so that they continue to conform to current <br />codes and accommodate changes in construction technologies, methods and materials. <br />The City's Engineering Standards document contains three volumes: (1) Standard Technical Specifications, <br />(2) City Standard Details and (3) Design Criteria. The existing version was last significantly revised in June <br />2014 and adopted by Resolution No. 15353. <br />ANALYSIS <br />The new and modified requirements are fully summarized in the "Summary of Revisions" attached as <br />Exhibit A to the draft resolution.
