By motion, approve Final Map No. 2019-001 for the development at 211 & 217 Vera Avenue; <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with Vera <br />Avenue RC, LLC.; <br />3. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance agreement <br />with Vera Avenue RC, LLC.; and <br />4. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures and <br />maintenance agreement with Vera Avenue RC, LLC. <br />STRATEGIC INITIATIVE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />The project includes the merging and subsequent subdivision of two existing parcels totaling 0.48 acres <br />into a 10 -unit, for -sale condominium development.
