Hopper, Principal of the fIrm, RKH Civil and Transportation Engineering, is a duly <br />licensed Civil Engineer in the State of California (#18928), a duly licensed TraffIc Engineer in <br />the State of California (#1425), and a Professional TraffIc Operations Engineer (#200) as <br />licensed by the Transportation Professional CertifIcation Board, Inc., Washington, D.C. This <br />Notice of Licensure is provide in accordance with 9463.5, Title 16, CCR. <br /> <br />In accordance with 96749 of the State of California Business and Professions Code RKH <br />herewith presents this proposal to provide traffIc engineering services for the work described <br />below. Signing, dating, and returning a copy of the Offer/Acceptance page to RKH constitutes a <br />binding contract, the provisions of which are included in the Attachment to this proposal. <br /> <br />PROJECT DEFINITION: The City of Redwood City [CLIENT] is requesting a traffIc impact <br />analysis for a proposed skilled nursing facility in the East Downtown Study Area. <br /> <br />SCOPE OF BASIC SERVICES <br /> <br />1. Base Traffic Data. <br /> <br />A. RKH will obtain mid-week, peak period (7-9 a.m. and 4-6 p.m.) turning movement <br />counts at the following intersections: <br /> <br />1) Main Street & Maple Street <br />2) Main Street & MiddlefIeld Road <br />3) Maple Street & MiddlefIeld Road <br />4) Cassia Street & MiddlefIeld Road <br />5) El Camino Real & Maple Street <br /> <br />B.
