<br />134 Maple Street, EDSA. Redwood City <br />Proposal to Provide Traffic Engineering Services <br /> <br />C. RKH will conduct a parking generation study at the two sites designated in 4.A. <br />above. The study will look at peak weekday parking conditions. The study will <br />compare the findings with data contained in Parking Generation4 and will <br />recommend an appropriate rate for the project. The proposed parking layout will be <br />evaluated with respect to the findings of the parking generation study and the City's <br />parking standards to determine if it is functionally adequate. <br /> <br />8. Draft Report. RKH will prepare a draft report with text and graphics which will contain <br />the traffic impact analysis, fmdings, conclusions and recommendations for mitigating <br />identified traffic impacts. RKH will submit the draft report to the city for review and <br />comment. <br /> <br />9. Final Report. Upon receipt of written comments on the draft report, RKH will prepare the <br />final report. The final report will be submitted to the city for use in the project review and <br />approval process. <br /> <br />10. Public Meeting. RKH will attend one public meeting on the project. <br /> <br />ADDITIONAL SERVICES <br /> <br />The following are services outside of and in addition to those described as Basic Services: <br /> <br />1. Extra work due to changes in the project, delays, work not specifically described in the <br />Basic Services, and all other causes not the fault of RKH; <br /> <br />2. Changes in documents after approval and/or acceptance; <br /> <br />3. Collection and evaluation of new traffic data not specified in the Basic Services; <br /> <br />4. All public agency permits and permit fees, licenses and other such charges associated <br />directly with the project; <br /> <br />5. Attendance at public meetings not specified in the Scope of Basic Services. The fee to <br />attend a public meeting will be $480.00 per meeting. <br /> <br />6. Preparation of a Transportation Demand Management Plan. <br /> <br />7.
