Downtown WOW Promotional Campaign and Website <br />The Campaign, which shall include the Website, is an omnibus that becomes a <br />consumer-targeted, City of Redwood City slogan, as well as an advertising and <br />promotional vehicle. It has the potential of becoming the basis of a long-lasting <br />positioning effort for Redwood City. <br /> <br />Addison Olian Inc. will explore how the "WOW" in Downtown can be used on street <br />banners, buttons, badges, advertising, etc. The deliverable will be an exploratory report <br />and presentation of how to expand upon and define this idea in tangible conceptual <br />forms. Approximately, four (4) weeks are required for completion upon approval. No <br />final production of design, copywriting or expenses such as photography and printing is <br />included in this initial phase in order to demonstrate the ideas and creative directions for <br />Agency review and approval. <br /> <br />Consultant can assist with purchasing the materials or services required to produce <br />communications materials and advertising that have been approved in writing by <br />Agency after submittal of estimates for fees and expenses. <br /> <br />Consultant shall produce tangible personal property for Agency's account from time to <br />time as approved by Agency. In producing the finished products, it is expressly <br />understood that the title to all materials purchased by Consultant to complete the <br />property to be produced passes to Agency at the time of purchase and prior to any use <br />by Consultant. <br /> <br />Such materials may include, but are not limited to: artwork, illustrations, photography, <br />typography, airbrushing and photo retouching, film work, dies, lithographic film and <br />digital media, printing, and other materials needed to prepare the finished product. <br /> <br />However, it is also understood that preliminary art (meaning roughs, visualizations, <br />layouts and comprehensives) prepared by Consultant for the purpose of demonstrating <br />an idea or message prior to approval for preparation of finished art and payment <br />thereof, will remain our property.
