<br />limeline <br />Upon receipt of a signed agreement from both BAWSCA and the City, the City's IT staff <br />will begin developing the washing machine rebate database system. The estimated delivery <br />date is two weeks from a signed agreement, except if those two weeks include the period of <br />December 13 through December 25 due to a pre-planned vacation of Chuck Smith, the project <br />manager and lead developer. <br />Promptly after the system is delivered, it will be tested and repaired as necessary to <br />ensure the system is operational and fully functional, and Redwood City will provide training <br />and documentation to BAWSCA promptly thereafter. <br />B. COMPENSA liON <br />1. Services/Software Development/License. BAWSCA agrees to pay to Redwood City the <br />hourly rate of $123.69 for work performed on this project during fiscal year 2007/2008 (July 1, 2007 <br />through June 30,2008). Redwood City will perform all services required under this Agreement on a <br />per hour basis at these hourly rates, but with a maximum amount of compensation not to exceed <br />Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). Should the City realize the cost of the system will exceed <br />$10,000, it will promptly notify BAWSCA to either revise the scope of work or agree to amend this <br />agreement to include the additional cost. The City estimates the cost for this scope of work to be <br />approximately 75 hours, or $9,275.00. <br />2. Onqoinq Maintenance and Hostinq. Hosting of this web based application will be <br />included in the existing hosting fee of $50 per month BAWSCA is paying the City for the toilet <br />rebate application previously developed by the City for BAWSCA. <br />3. Terms of Payment for Services/Software Development/License. The City shall submit an <br />invoice for these services to BAWSCA upon delivery of the system. <br /> <br />All invoices are due within thirty (30) days of receipt. <br /> <br />8 <br />
