This section states that <br />public and quasi -public buildings may exceed the maximum height limit provided that for each 1 foot by <br />which the height of the building exceeds the maximum height, the side and rear setbacks shall be <br />increased in width or depth by an additional foot. With an overall height of 40 feet, 6 inches to the parapet <br />of the theater, the VMSC building exceeds the maximum height by 5 feet, 6 inches. The building provides <br />a side setbacks for Phase 1 of over 180 feet and a rear setback of 6 feet, 9 inches, thereby meeting the <br />requirements of Section 32.7.
