Sight Lines. Sight lines into and from neighboring properties shall be minimized. <br />55.4 Community Benefits Program. <br />A project may be eligible for the Community Benefits (CB) standards (Table 55.3) provided that it <br />complies with the following: <br />A. Points System. <br />1. Small Projects: A minimum of 4 points is required to qualify for one of the <br />Community Benefits standards (height or density). Each additional standard <br />requires 2 points thereafter. For example, if a developer wanted increased <br />density and height, a total of 6 points is required. <br />2. Large Projects: A minimum of 6 points is required to qualify for one of the <br />Community Benefits standards (height or density). Each additional standard <br />requires 4 points thereafter. <br />B. Community Benefits. Below are a list of potential community benefits that are <br />eligible for the community benefits program. See separate resolution for definitions <br />and associated point values. <br />a. Housing. <br />b. Affordable Housing. <br />c. Child Care Facilities. <br />d. Active Uses. <br />e. Publicly Accessible Open Space. <br />f. Shared / Connected Parking. <br />g. Live/Work Units. <br />h. New Streets or Pathways. <br />i.
