H C Redwood City is already overcrowded, over built, and heading for a disaster regarding
resources(water, utilities, etc.)
a C in more and more streets downtown the sun is being blocked. That's not what we moved to PWC
for
H 3. Stop all building! Unlessyou can build another roadway. No infrastructure to support ANY more
development. Im hoping to move out of PWC ASAP. CAnt stand the traffic. And lack of accountability by
city planner, city council and developers
+D C - I do not trust the council to enforce any meaningful improvements. Too many parking
requirements have already been waived.
9 c, answers too limited, so no changes to existing neighborhoods without more thought and
planning, especially for parking.
2 C and if they do increase it parking must be
C not enough detail on affected blocks - In any case, fix broken transport infrastructure first.
C - we already la k the infrastructure to accommodate those already here. Please do not add more
C.. enough is enough
C more parks won't replace the neighborhood/community feeling that can come with low density
housing. This proposal sounds like a "wolf in sheep's clothing."
C, zoning codes are in place for obvious reasons. Developers are aware of those codes well in advance to
submitting project proposals. Continuous exceptions for developers result in messy city developments
which residents often end up complaining about
Just improve infrastructure
C. We have too much dev as it is
No more.
C
Too much. Infrastructure isn't keeping up with the amount of housing we already have
