R D) No density should be increased because of a well thought out plan where public transportation
around the city is funded, a high open space standard is adhered to, and off street corridors
above/below ground are invested in. The other aspects are interesting, and tax revenue from the
property pays for at least the delta in costs plus to the city and educational districts and moves forward
on ALL not some city priorities for the area.
+2 D. not enough information. I need to more about what you are asking the developers to pay for.
Developers are already paying fees for schools and improvements. Part of the problem with housing
costs are all the time delays and fees that cities and counties are already charging.
D not enough info to make an informed decision
D. IMO we don't need more high rent housing - period.
D
I need more info. Density needs to be increased to correct the housing cost issues, but too often
developers maximize returns at the expense of the community, so density needs to be increased
regardless, but that does not mean developers should get free rein.
'Unclear' comments:
Thank you I will let her know
© 2019 Voca Advocacy Inc, Redwood City, California
