Box 391
Redwood City, CA 94063

RE: Additional Parking Management Services - Revision #2

Dear Dan:

Per our your request, I've modified our revised proposal of 6/4/07 to provide additional
parking management services to the City in connection with the City's new on-street
electronic meter parking program.

The changes to the program you requested are as follows:

o Assistance from Ampco will now be required from:
. 2:30 p.m. - a:oo p.m., Monday- Friday
. 10:00 B.m. - a:oo p.m., Saturday

o We will no longer be required to answer the 'Parking Hotline'

All other aspects of our previous proposal remain unchanged. For clarity, I have
presented it again, modified as per your request.

Proposal to Provide Support to City's On-Street parkinQ ProQram

The City, as part of its evolving downtown parking plan, has expanded the hours of
enforcement covering its (40) new multi-space, computerized parking meters until 8:00
p.m. each night. While enforcement is not an issue (as RCPD will continue to handle
this aspect of the operation) the City's parking office shuts down at 5:00 p.m. on
weekdays, and is closed on weekends. This means that when one of the units has a
problem during that time, there is no one in the City's parking department available to
respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Ampco's services to the City currently cover the operation of the Jefferson St. garage,
the Marshall St. garage and the Middlefield lot. We use the Jefferson St. garage as our
base of operations and are staffed 365 days per year until 3:00 a.m. Our staffing
includes a manager, supervisor and attendants to cover anything that may arise at these
locations during this time period.

a subsidiary of I!!!,!!
