<br />7A <br />Page 53 <br /> <br />Following incorporation of all final corrections to General Plan's goa.ls, policies. implementation <br />actions, maps, graphics and diagrams, we will present a pre-press version of the document to <br />City staff for review. Following staff review, we will prepare the final version of the General Plan <br />to incorporate any final technical revisions directed by staff. Our budget includes a direct cost <br />allowance to coordinate professional reproduction of the final General Plan. We will work with <br />City staff to determine the copy quantity and style of reproduction (i.e. full-color, partial-color, <br />black-and-white) within the allowance following adoption of the Element. <br /> <br />10.2 Housing Element Certification <br /> <br />We will prepare a final version of the Housing Element to transmit to the State by June 20,2009. <br /> <br />Hogle-Ireland will follow through with assisting the City in achieving State certification of the <br />Housing Element after adoption by the City. Hogle-Ireland will work closely with HCD and the City <br />to enSure that the City meets State requirements and will recommend modification to the adopted <br />Housing Element, if required to obtain certification. Qurscope and budget provide for HCD <br />coordination as an allowance., as the scope of the revisions cannot be wholly anticipated at this <br />time. <br /> <br />10.3 Web-ready Documents (optional) <br /> <br />The General Plan will be available to the public through the Internet. We would anticipate <br />combined use of Adobe Acrobat and ESRI ArclMS to creating web-ready versions of these <br />planning documents. <br /> <br />We propose to create cross-referenced versions of the General Plan Elements in PDF format <br />using Adobe Acrobat utilities. Each cross-referenced document will include a master table of <br />contents that, by clicking on the table of contents, leads the reader directly to the corresponding <br />document section and any relevant background reports. All tables, graphics and maps in the <br />Elements will be converted to PDFformat. The General Plan will also include an index and full <br />text indexes searchable with Acrobat Search.
