8A ATTACHMENT :Page 16 Plan Comments" for the Preserve at Redwood Shores, on file and made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference, that was presented to the City Council at their meeting on January 28, 2008, is found to be in conformance with the goals and objectives of Article 52 of the Zoning Code of the City of Redwood City as set forth by the evidence received at the duly noticed public hearing held for the purpose of adopting said Precise Plan. Section 3. That the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, on file and made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference, is hereby adopted and made a part of this Precise Plan in order to mitigate or avoid significant environmental effects. Section 4. That changes and alterations (the "mitigation measures") set forth in the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program have been required and incorporated into the Precise Plan which avoid or substantially lessen all of the following significant environmental effects/impacts identified in "Table 11-2: Summary of Impacts and Mitigation Measures" set forth on pages 8 through 24 of the Draft Environmental Impact Report for the Preserve at Redwood Shores, and also identified in a text revision to "Impact 810-5" on page 175 of the Environmental Impact Report Response to Comments Document for the Preserve at Redwood Shores, with all cited pages on file and made available at the Office of the City Clerk, and incorporated herein by this reference. Section S. The Precise Plan with recommended changes is hereby adopted concurrently with the establishment of the P District and will become effective at the time the P District becomes effective.
