The samples shall be submitted for laboratory analysis <br />by a state-certified laboratory under chain-of-custody procedures. <br />The analytical methods shall be selected by the environmental <br />professional and shall be based on the suspected contamination and <br />consideration of historical land uses of The Preserve. The analytical <br />results of the sampling shall be reviewed by a qualified environ- <br />mental professional and submitted to the City/School District. The <br />professional shall provide recommendations, as applicable, <br />regarding soil/waste management, worker health and safety <br />training, and regulatory agency notifications, in accordance with <br />local, state, and federal requirements.
