Additionally, a 24- to 30-inch high fence or <br />wall shall be installed between the pedestrian trail and the vegetative <br />buffer. The fence or wall and vegetative buffer coupled with the <br />open water pond would minimize harassment to wildlife and salt <br />marsh harvest mouse by discouraging people and domestic animals <br />from entering the prc.~ervation area. <br />
